Isaiah, Yeshayahu in Hebrew, is an Old Testament prophet. He is not mentioned by name in the Qur’an, but appears frequently as a prophet in Islamic sources. According to some Muslim scholars, Isaiah predicted the coming of Jesus and Muhammad.
